Legal Alien was a series following the experiences of Kate Briggs-Price, a student from the University of Southampton undertaking a year abroad.
I had been keen to create a programme of this nature for a number of years and when the opportunity arose, I remotely produced and edited this series. It had two main formats – longer discussions of life as a student in a foreign country and shorter instalments covering specific trips or events.
This series lasted the duration of Kate’s year abroad. As a collection of episodes, it is one of the series I am most satisfied with.
