Branding and identity for the independent information and support movement Sexual Consent Awareness Southampton. Working with the leadership team, I arrived at a distinctive look that incorporated teal, the international colour of consent, and a motif indicating two-way conversation. It was important to the team to use stark, contrasting colours to indicate what a clear-cut, black and white issue consent is.
A number of bespoke brand assets were created – from the traditional wordmark and brandmark to ready-made templates and a suite of brush strokes that could be used across print and digital. Due to the nature of the topic, eye-catching typographic design was favoured over imagery. For this reason, a very flexible, legible typeface was selected.
This project was completed in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
